Welcome to Leiser Handy Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at leiserhandyservices.com or scheduling any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Leiser Handy Services LLC provides professional handyman and home improvement services in the Las Vegas, Nevada area, including but not limited to:

• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Carpentry and woodwork
• Electrical repairs (non-licensed work)
• Furniture assembly and installation
• General home repairs and maintenance
• Preventive maintenance services

All services are subject to availability and may require an on-site assessment before a final quote is provided. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

When you schedule an appointment through our website or client portal:

• Appointment requests are subject to confirmation by our team. You will receive a confirmation notification once your appointment is approved.
• You must provide accurate service address information, including any gate or access codes required to reach your property.
• Please ensure someone 18 years of age or older is present at the property during the service visit.
• We will make every reasonable effort to arrive within the scheduled time window. Delays due to traffic, weather, or prior jobs may occur.

• You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance at no charge.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date.

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept payment via Zelle, cash, and other methods as communicated at the time of service.
• Membership plans (Basic, Standard, Premium) are billed as agreed at the time of enrollment and provide discounted rates on services.
• Estimates provided prior to service are approximate. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work discovered on-site.
• Additional materials or labor required beyond the original estimate will be communicated and approved by you before proceeding.

To ensure a safe and efficient service experience, you agree to:

• Provide a safe working environment free of hazards that could endanger our technicians.
• Disclose any known issues with the property (mold, pests, structural damage) that may affect the work.
• Secure pets during the service visit.
• Provide access to water, electricity, and other utilities necessary to complete the work.
• Review and approve completed work before the technician departs.

We stand behind the quality of our work. Labor performed by Leiser Handy Services LLC is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. If a defect in our workmanship is identified within this period, we will return to correct it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or issues unrelated to our work. Materials and parts are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.

When you create an account on our platform:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
